NTA NEET UG RE - Exam Admit Card 2026
राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी (NTA) ने NEET UG Re-Exam 2026 का एडमिट कार्ड जारी कर दिया है। जिन उम्मीदवारों को पुनः परीक्षा में शामिल होना है, वे अपना एडमिट कार्ड ऑनलाइन डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। NTA द्वारा NEET UG Re-Exam 21 जून 2026 को निर्धारित किया है। आप अपना Admit Card नीचे दिए गए link से Download कर सकते हैं। अभ्यर्थी एडमिट कार्ड में परीक्षा केंद्र, रिपोर्टिंग समय, परीक्षा तिथि तथा अन्य महत्वपूर्ण निर्देशों की जानकारी देख सकते हैं। परीक्षा में शामिल होने से पहले सभी उम्मीदवार अपने एडमिट कार्ड पर दर्ज विवरण को ध्यानपूर्वक जांच लें और निर्धारित दस्तावेजों के साथ परीक्षा केंद्र पर समय से पहुंचें।

NTA NEET UG 2026 Eligibility Code
| Code 01 | Candidates who are currently appearing in Class 12 (or equivalent) examination or are awaiting their final results are eligible to apply for NEET UG 2026. However, they must successfully complete the required qualifying examination before the first round of counselling. Applicants who have completed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as additional subjects from a recognized board may also be considered eligible, subject to the submission of valid supporting documents. |
| Code 02 | Candidates who have passed the Higher/Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English from a recognized board are eligible. The qualification should include the required practical training in the relevant science subjects. |
| Code 03 | Candidates who have passed an Intermediate or Pre-Degree examination in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English from a recognized university, board, or educational institution are eligible to apply. |
| Code 04 | Candidates who have qualified a Pre-Medical or Pre-Professional examination after completing their Higher Secondary education with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English are eligible, provided the required practical studies were included. |
| Code 05 | Candidates who have successfully completed the first year of a recognized three-year degree course with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology, along with the required English qualification, may apply under this category. |
| Code 06 | Candidates holding a B.Sc. degree from a recognized university and who have studied at least two of the following subjects—Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology—are eligible. They must also have passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. |
| Code 07 | Candidates who have passed any other examination recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 Science level by an Indian university or recognized board, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English with the required practical components, are eligible under this category. |
| Note: The candidates who have studied from the Foreign/International Board should ensure that the qualifying examination passed by them is, in scope and standard, as explained in CODE: 07. | |
